PTCA Minutes - S.Y. 2010-2011

MINUTES OF THE INAUGURAL SESSION OF THE PARACLETE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY PARENTS-TEACHERS-COMMUNITIES ASSOCIATION OFFICERS FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR 2010-2011 HELD ON JANUARY 28, 2011 AT THE PCA CAMPUS MINI-STAGE.

1. The meeting was called to order at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon, presided by Mr. Rodrigo G. Balangiao, Jr., the President.
2. Present were:

3. Resolution No.1. – Requesting the Municipal Government and the Sangguniang Bayan of Salay, Misamis Oriental headed by Honorable Mayor Romeo L. Gue and Honorable Vice-Mayor Angelo G. Capistrano, Jr to finish the Waiting Shed located at Junction of Zone-8 and National Highway, Poblacion, Salay, Misamis Oriental which was requested by the PCA-PTCA officers for the benefits of the students and parents of Paraclete Christian Academy and also the public. Jointly moved and unanimously approved.
4. Resolution No. 2. – Allocating the amount of TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 2,000.00) starting February, 2011 to be generated by the members of PCA-PTCA per month at P15.00 per parent to pay the services of a hired Security Guard who will ensure the safety of the pupils/students inside the schools’ premises, among others jointly moved and seconded; unanimously approved. 
5. Resolution No. 3. – Requesting the Office of the Municipal Mayor of Salay, Misamis Oriental, the Sangguniang Bayan and the Philippine National Police-Salay Police Station to check the establishments that sponsor billiards and computer games near the school premises which is against the policy of the Department of Education (DepEd).
6. Resolution No. 4. – Authorizing the Administration of Paraclete Christian Academy to collect an additional amount of FIFTY PESOS PER MONTH (P50.00) in Tuition Fees, starting June 2011 to help augment the schools financial responsibilities to its teachers, among others, jointly moved and seconded. Unanimously approved.
7. The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 in the afternoon
